  • How do I join?

    Just ring or e-mail Richard. The number & address are on the contact page.

  • What area do you cover?

    Focused primarily on the area between Hastings and Rye and the surrounding villages but would consider all the Rother area and Romney Marsh to be in our catchment. Frankly, if you can get to Guestling, you're more than welcome to join us!

  • Is the group Vegan or Vegetarian?

    The group is a Vegan group but Vegetarians and like minded animal lovers with an interest in Vegan matters are always welcome to join us. Any food provided WILL be 100% Vegan.

  • When do you meet and where?

    We're meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from March 19th 2008. We'll be meeting in a riparian location in Guestling just outside Hastings.

  • Riparian?

    There's a stream in the garden.

  • But isn't there already a Lewes and Hastings Vegetarian Group?

    Yes. But they cover an area far to the west of Hastings (Hastings and Lewes are about as far apart than Liverpool and Manchester). Why not join both if you don't mind travelling?

  • And why HERBVeg?

    We thought about being Camber, Rye and Peasmarsh Veg but didn't like the acronym.
